Seema Ambady, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Seema graduated from UMDNJ( now Rutgers) in 2002 with a Master's in Physical Therapy and then in 2003 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has worked with Ridgewood Physical Therapy since 2006.

Seema stays up to date on current physical therapy procedures and techniques by taking continuing education courses such as Pilates, Yoga, PNF, NDT, Mulligan, McKenzie, joint mobilization, Kinesio Taping, and muscle energy courses. She currently works with a diverse range of patients from pediatric to geriatrics with neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic diagnosis.

Seema is married to Sameer and they have 2 children, Veda and Dev. Outside of physical therapy, Seema volunteers in her community, loves to cook, read and just spending time with her family. Seema also enjoys staying fit by taking Barre and Zumba classes.
